An introduction to finding bargains on the online auction site, eBay. Get an explanation of the various types of sales available, how to search for merchandise, bidding, keeping track of auctions, paying for purchases and the importance of feedback. Find out information on PayPal and other methods of payment. Receive tips on how to avoid being ripped off and what protections are offered. The instructor will complete an actual live purchase for demonstration purposes. Preregistration is required by calling the Avon Branch Library at 440-934-4743.
